Furniture manufacturing (the name of which we keep under NDA). The company manufactures products both on individual orders and in series for its own brand, actively cooperating with a wide network of distributors.
Task:
To unite disparate processes (from workshops to logistics) into a single working ecosystem.
Solution implemented:
CRM/ERP for manufacturing based on Creatio
What we did:
- Production: automated planning, purchasing, costing, and equipment loading. Launched a mobile application for working directly in the workshops to get rid of paperwork.
- Warehouses: set up cell storage, batch accounting, and fast movement between raw material and finished product warehouses.
- Finance: implemented P&L and CashFlow reports, deeply integrating them with the accounting system.
- Sales and logistics: separated processes for individual and serial orders. Set up work with distributors, automated delivery and selection of a hired car.
- HR and marketing: added tools for these departments, combining them with a common database.
Result:
A fully adapted system for the niche. Instead of several different programs, the company received a single control center. There was quick control of balances, transparent finances and coordinated work at all stages - from the purchase of fittings to the shipment of finished furniture.
