The theoretical course consists of 17 sessions, including lectures with psychologists, auto lawyers, insurance agents, and paramedics. Practical lessons are conducted in modern vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions. The driving school’s branches are located in Dnipro, Kamianske, and Pavlohrad, allowing students to choose a convenient location for their training.

Solution
Choosing Creatio CRM for business process automation was a key step in the driving school’s development. Thanks to collaboration with the implementation team, the following were implemented:
- Payroll system.
- Configuration of financial reporting, which was a top priority for Prospekt Driving School.
- Niche adaptation. The following sections were configured: Payroll, Exam Module, Subgroups, Training Programs, Appeal of Fines, Gift Certificates, Student Registration System, Recurring Activities. These sections enable the automation of key driving school management processes: calculating and paying instructors’ salaries, managing the exam section with oversight of tests and practical exams, as well as organizing training through subgroups and training programs. They ensure efficient administration, including student registration, gift certificate management, automation of recurring activities (reminders, activity repeats), and handling of fine appeals, which simplifies the legal and financial aspects of the driving school’s operations.
- Dashboards. Customized dashboards for instructors, students, and teachers that are integrated with Creatio.
