Solution

Choosing Creatio CRM to automate business processes was a crucial step in scaling Andre Tan’s online store. Thanks to collaboration with the implementation team, the following was achieved:

  • Automation configurations that streamlined the client’s workflow and eliminated time-consuming manual tasks
  • Customization for the niche. The following sections were configured: Product Catalog, Inventory, Warehouses, Pricing, Orders (Receipts), Customers, and Discounts. These sections enable the automation of product catalog, sales, and customer management. “Product Catalog” stores the entire product database, “Inventory” tracks stock levels, and “Warehouses” help manage stock movements. ‘Pricing’ allows for flexible configuration of price lists, and “Orders (Receipts)” record all sales. “Customers” lets you track purchase history and personalize communication, while “Discounts” helps you offer special deals to loyal customers. Together, these sections ensure effective inventory control and sales process optimization.
